We’re here for you! When you join the Evidence Based Birth® childbirth education class, led by Holly, you will have the benefit of professional help and support right on your phone.
This 6 week or accelerated 4 week childbirth education course is the MOST comprehensive offered in China. You will follow the class with your same group of peers each week, giving you that connection and support that you’ve been looking for: other couples going through the same process in China, and mentorship from a professional doula who has been there and seen it. Holly is a birth doula with over 10 years of experience supporting families through pregnancy and birth in the US and China. She is passionate about teaching parents what to expect during birth in Chinese hospitals, helping you confidently navigate your pregnancy and birth in China so you are safe, feel respected, and able to advocate for the birth experience that you want.
Holly is the founder of Doulas of Shanghai, and a professional birth doula, postpartum doula, certified lactation counselor (CLC), and Evidence Based Birth® childbirth educator.
